Most problems below have a self-service fix. If yours doesn’t, jump to the last section — a short note to support with what you tried gets the fastest answer.
I can’t sign in
Double-check the email and password (watch for caps lock and auto-filled old passwords).
Your session is stored in a secure browser cookie. Make sure your browser accepts cookies for this site — strict privacy modes and some extensions block them, which makes every sign-in silently fail or immediately log you out. How that cookie is protected is described on the security page.
If nothing helps, reset your password (next section) — it also rules out a typo’d password.
The verification email never arrived
Check the spam/junk folder and any “Promotions” tabs.
Open the verification page from the most recent email — older links may have been superseded.
If the link has expired or the email is gone, use Resend verification email on the verification page to get a fresh one.
Resetting your password
Use Forgot password in the login dialog. We’ll email you a reset link; opening it lets you set a new password. Two things to know:
The link is time-limited and single-use. If it has expired or was already used, simply request a new one.
For your security we always confirm the request was sent, even if the address has no account — so if no email arrives, check that you used the address you registered with.
A page or panel won’t load
Most panels show a Retry button when a request fails — try it first; transient network errors are the most common cause.
Check your connection and reload the page.
If everything loads except one panel, sign out and back in — an expired session can leave a single request stuck.
Still broken? Tell support which page, which panel, and roughly when — that’s usually enough for us to find it in the logs.
Subscription and billing
Your current plan is shown in Settings. If you upgraded and the new plan isn’t reflected yet, reload the app — the subscription state refreshes on load. The rules for cancelling and for refunds are written in the Terms. For anything involving charges, invoices or refunds, contact support directly and include the email address on the account; never post payment details anywhere else.
Still stuck? Contact support
Write to us at support@lemma-analysis.com (the Support button in the footer opens your mail app or Gmail/Outlook directly). Include what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you have one. We usually reply within one business day. Many questions already have an answer in the FAQ, and a suggestion for the product is best posted on the feedback page, where others can see it.
